2. อายุและความยินยอม

4. การใช้งานที่อนุญาต
คุณได้รับสิทธิ์ส่วนบุคคลแบบไม่ผูกขาดและไม่โอนต่อเพื่อใช้เกมเพื่อความบันเทิงตามข้อกำหนดนี้ ห้ามโกง ปลอมแปลงยอดเงิน คะแนน การซื้อ หรือหลักฐานโฆษณา ใช้บอตแสวงหารางวัล โจมตีระบบ หรือรบกวนผู้ใช้อื่น ห้ามใช้ชื่อผู้เล่นที่ผิดกฎหมาย ละเมิดสิทธิ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนตัวของผู้อื่น ข้อจำกัดนี้ไม่ตัดสิทธิที่กฎหมายอนุญาตไว้โดยชัดแจ้ง
5. เหรียญ เพชร ไอเท็ม และสกิน
สินค้าและสกุลเงินเสมือนใช้ภายในเกมเท่านั้น ไม่ใช่เงินฝากหรือเงินตรา ไม่สามารถถอนเป็นเงินสด ซื้อขายภายนอก หรือโอนไปบัญชีอื่น เว้นแต่เกมรองรับอย่างชัดเจน การซื้อให้สิทธิ์ใช้งานเนื้อหาดิจิทัล ไม่ใช่กรรมสิทธิ์ในตัวซอฟต์แวร์ ราคา จำนวน และสิทธิประโยชน์เป็นไปตามหน้ารายการและหน้าชำระเงินที่แสดงก่อนซื้อ โดยยังอยู่ภายใต้สิทธิของผู้บริโภคตามกฎหมาย
6. การชำระเงิน การส่งมอบ และการคืนเงิน
การซื้อบน Android ที่รองรับดำเนินการผ่าน Google Play Billing โปรดตรวจราคาและบัญชีก่อนยืนยัน เกมตรวจสอบการซื้อกับเซิร์ฟเวอร์ก่อนส่งมอบ อาจมีความล่าช้าเมื่อเครือข่ายหรือบริการขัดข้อง หากชำระแล้วไม่ได้รับสินค้า อย่าซื้อซ้ำทันที ให้ติดต่อผู้พัฒนาพร้อมหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อและรหัสผู้เล่น โดยไม่ส่งรหัสผ่านหรือ purchase token การคืนเงินพิจารณาตามนโยบาย Google Play และกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ ไม่มีข้อกำหนดห้ามคืนเงินแบบเด็ดขาด หากรายการถูกคืนเงิน ยกเลิก หรือเพิกถอน สิทธิ์หรือสกุลเงินที่เกี่ยวข้องอาจถูกปรับคืนตามรายการจริง

บางฟังก์ชันมีโฆษณาคั่นหรือโฆษณาเพื่อรับรางวัล รางวัลขึ้นอยู่กับการยืนยันที่ถูกต้องและโควตาของบัญชี การปิดโฆษณาก่อนเงื่อนไขครบหรือการตรวจสอบไม่สำเร็จอาจยังไม่ได้รับรางวัล หากเกิดข้อผิดพลาดให้ติดต่อผู้พัฒนา สินค้า Remove Ads เป็นการซื้อครั้งเดียวสำหรับบัญชีที่ได้รับสิทธิ์ โดยข้ามโฆษณาที่รองรับและให้กดรับรางวัลแทนการดูโฆษณา แต่ยังคงข้อจำกัดรายวันและเงื่อนไขอื่นตามหน้าจอ ไม่ได้ให้รางวัลไม่จำกัด การกู้คืนสิทธิ์ต้องใช้บัญชีและหลักฐานการซื้อที่ตรวจสอบได้
8. คะแนน ความปลอดภัย และการจำกัดบัญชี
เราอาจตรวจสอบและแก้ไขรายการซ้ำ ข้อผิดพลาด หรือคะแนนและรางวัลที่ได้จากการโกงตามหลักฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง อาจจำกัดหรือระงับบัญชีเมื่อมีเหตุอันสมควรเรื่องการละเมิดข้อกำหนดหรือความปลอดภัย โดยแจ้งเหตุและเปิดให้ติดต่อทบทวนเท่าที่ทำได้ตามกฎหมายและข้อจำกัดด้านความปลอดภัย การคืนเงินไม่ถือเป็นการโกงโดยอัตโนมัติ
9. ความเป็นส่วนตัวและการลบบัญชี
รายละเอียดการใช้ข้อมูลอยู่ในนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว คุณขอลบบัญชีผ่านเมนู Account ในรุ่นที่รองรับหรืออีเมลผู้พัฒนา คำขอ Pending อาจยกเลิกได้ก่อนเริ่มลบข้อมูล เมื่อข้อมูลถูกลบแล้วอาจกู้คืนไม่ได้ การถอนการติดตั้งไม่ใช่การขอลบบัญชีออนไลน์ การลบบัญชีไม่ใช่คำขอคืนเงินโดยอัตโนมัติ และอาจต้องเก็บบันทึกบางประเภทตามกฎหมายหรือเพื่อจัดการธุรกรรม
10. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาและบริการภายนอก

11. การทดสอบ การเปลี่ยนแปลง และความรับผิด

1. Provider and scope
These Terms cover Meow Meow Merge and its related website, provided by tanakhom rattanasrisawat, an independent developer using the name TR studio, not presented as an incorporated company. Contact: [email protected]. Please read these Terms before using the service. If you do not agree, stop using it. These Terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
2. Age and permission
The game is intended for ages 13 and older. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, ask a parent or guardian to review and approve your use and, where required, purchases. Being 13 or older does not establish legal capacity to enter contracts or authorize payments in every country.
3. Accounts and saved progress
Online features require internet access. Sign-in and recovery depend on supported platform methods, such as Google Play Games on Android. Link a recoverable account before changing devices or clearing data; guest accounts may be unrecoverable. Server-verified balances and entitlements are authoritative. Local displays and synchronization may be delayed. Do not access another person’s account without authorization.
4. Permitted use
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game for entertainment under these Terms. Do not cheat, falsify balances, scores, purchases or ad confirmations, automate reward farming, attack the service or disrupt other users. Display names must not be unlawful, infringe rights or disclose another person’s private information. These restrictions do not remove rights expressly permitted by applicable law.
5. Currency and virtual items
Coins, diamonds, items and skins are for use within this game. They are not deposits or legal tender and cannot be redeemed for cash, traded externally or transferred between accounts unless expressly supported. Purchases grant permission to use digital content, not ownership of the software. Prices, quantities and benefits are those disclosed in the listing and checkout before purchase, subject to applicable consumer rights.
6. Payments, delivery and refunds
Supported Android purchases use Google Play Billing. Check the price and account before confirming. Purchases are verified on the server before delivery; network or service problems may delay delivery. If charged without receiving an item, avoid immediately purchasing again. Contact the developer with your order number and player ID, never passwords or purchase tokens. Refund eligibility follows Google Play policy and applicable law; there is no blanket no-refund rule. Refunded, cancelled or revoked transactions may result in corresponding entitlements or currency being reversed.
7. Ads, rewards and Remove Ads
Some features show interstitial or rewarded advertising. Rewards depend on valid confirmation and account quotas. Closing an ad before completion or unsuccessful verification may leave a reward pending or unavailable; contact support if an error occurs. Remove Ads is a one-time purchase for the entitled account that skips supported ads and allows reward claims without watching them. Daily limits and other displayed eligibility conditions still apply; rewards are not unlimited. Restoration requires a recoverable account and verifiable purchase entitlement.
8. Fair play and account restrictions
We may investigate and correct duplicate transactions, errors or rewards and scores obtained through cheating based on relevant evidence. Reasonable security concerns or violations may lead to restrictions or suspension. Where practicable and legally appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact us for review, subject to security constraints. Requesting a refund is not automatically treated as cheating.
9. Privacy and account deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling. Request deletion through Account settings on supported builds or by contacting the developer. A Pending request may be cancelled before cleanup begins; deleted data may be unrecoverable. Uninstalling does not request online account deletion. Deletion does not automatically request a refund, and some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or transaction handling.
10. Intellectual property and third-party services
The game, artwork, audio, code and related marks belong to the developer or relevant licensors. Do not redistribute or exploit them without permission, except where permitted by law or the rights holder. Google Play, Google Play Games, Unity and advertising providers have their own applicable terms and policies. This game is not represented as a Google or Unity product.
11. Beta service, changes and responsibility
Beta versions may contain bugs and balance changes. Continuous or error-free operation is not guaranteed; we will make reasonable efforts to address problems. Planned test-data resets or service closure will be communicated reasonably in advance, with real-money purchase rights handled in accordance with applicable law. Rule changes do not authorize arbitrary removal of paid entitlements. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Updates and complaints
Material changes will be dated and communicated through appropriate channels, with consent requested where required by law. Thai and English versions are provided for convenience; differences should be interpreted consistently without reducing your mandatory legal rights.
